About the CultureSpark Programme

The Fire Culture Monitor is part of the CultureSpark Programme, an independent, academic-led research and innovation initiative based at the University of Huddersfield.

Working in partnership with Fire & Rescue Services, we combine rigorous research with practical collaboration to generate insights that support healthier, fairer and more effective workplaces.

Our purpose is not to inspect or rank organisations, but to provide meaningful evidence that supports learning, reflection and positive cultural change.
